At Charlotte Russe, I helped maintain and evolve the frontend experience for CharlotteRusse.com, supporting daily site operations, promotional launches, performance improvements, and ongoing UI updates for a fast-moving eCommerce business.

I collaborated closely with executive, marketing, design, project management, QA, backend, and technical partners to plan campaigns and deliver weekly production releases. I also led a hybrid team of in-house and overseas Frontend Developers, helping coordinate delivery across time zones and disciplines.

A major part of the role was helping transition frontend development from external vendors to an in-house engineering team. I contributed to new deployment and QA processes, authored technical documentation, and supported a major website redesign that modernized the frontend architecture from jQuery to ES6 while improving WCAG AA accessibility compliance.
